Tournament Rules

  1. Players will start this event with 25,000 tournament chips.
  2. $175 Buy-in = $150 prize pool + $15 administrative fee + $10 staff gratuity. Option 2: $150 prize pool + $25 administrative fee.
  3. Approximately one (1) in every ten (10) players will win a package into Fall Deep Stack Series Event 1 $400 Deep Stack held on September 26th thru September 29th & Event 9 $1,100 Deep Stack held on October 3rd thru October 6th. Residual cash will go toward the highest buying possible.
  4. Tournament tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. Pre-purchase stacks will be live on the table from the beginning of the tournament. Alternate and late sign up will start with a fresh stack.
  6. Players may only forfeit their stack during the end of registration break to re-enter with a full stack.
  7. Levels will last 20 minutes each.
  8. This tournament is scheduled for one day. The Tournament Director in their sole and absolute discretion may adjust the break schedule, the start and stop time, and the level lengths.
  9. A redraw at final table 9 or at Tournament Director discretion.
  10. On-Site Registration and unlimited re-entries available until the start of level 9. No refunds.
  11. Tournament uses Big Blind Ante. The Ante is paid before the big blind.
  12. Management will not be held responsible in the event of typographical errors and/or misinformation on any website (including third parties) or any printed material pertaining to this event. Players will have no claim or recourse in these matters. Management reserves the right to alter, change, or cancel this tournament.
  13. In the spirit of TDA Rule #1, it is every player’s responsibility to bring to management’s attention unusual chips, circumstances, or irregularities.
  14. Winners must show valid identification to collect winnings. Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to withholding. Pursuant to IRS regulations; W-2G or 1042 forms will be issued for all tournament winnings of $5,000 or more (net of buy-in).
  15. By participating in this tournament, players herby give their consent to the Orange City & its affiliates to use their name and likeness on social media, internet sites, e-mail, and for all commercial purposes.

Management reserves all rights, and may change, cancel, limit the number of tables, or modify this tournament at any time.
